Marie’s multifaceted background has equipped her with extensive industry expertise and a deep understanding of the complex and evolving needs of clients. She has managed local and international trust company accounts, addressed sophisticated legal and fiduciary issues, and collaborated with leading international law firms and tax advisors to structure solutions that meet regulatory requirements while advancing client objectives. In addition, Marie has led regional initiatives focused on operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and delivering an enhanced client experience.
Marie joins the Higgs & Johnson private client team which is an industry leader in offshore and onshore trusts, asset protection, private trust companies (PTCs), purpose trusts, foundations and estate planning for families, high net worth individuals and fiduciaries.
