Mr. Andre W. Hill
Mr. Hill holds degrees in Accounting and Financial Management and Law from Loughborough University and City University London, respectively, and an LL.M in Professional Legal Skills. He was called to the Bars of England and Wales in 2015 and the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in 2016 and joined Higgs & Johnson in 2017. Based at the Firm’s Lyford Cay office, he is a key member of the Commercial Transactions Practice Group and serves as Deputy Chair of the Government & Regulatory Affairs and Maritime & Aviation Practice Groups, focusing on finance, banking, and commercial law. He has authored publications on fintech, aviation finance, and secured lending and is currently recognized by Legal 500 Caribbean as a Leading Associate in corporate law.
Rhyan A. A. Elliott
Mr. Elliott holds an LL.B. from the University of Kent and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of the West of England. He is an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and was called to the Bars of The Bahamas and England and Wales in 2014, joining Higgs & Johnson in 2019. Based at the Firm’s Lyford Cay office, he is a senior member of the Litigation and Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring Practice Groups, with a strong focus on complex cross-border matters involving banking, financial services regulation, insurance, employment, property law, and matrimonial finance. He has appeared as Junior Counsel before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London and is recognized by Legal 500 Caribbean as a Leading Associate in dispute resolution.
