Zarina has been a Director of H&J Corporate Services Ltd. in The Bahamas from 2006. She has experience in Corporate and Commercial law, having acted in all aspects of securities and in large scale structured finance transactions, including Initial Public Offerings and private placements of offshore securities; the registration of and securitization involving vessels and in real estate transactions.

They provide professional and reliable services in Company Incorporations, Foreign Company Registrations, Continuations, Registered Office/Registered Agent and Corporate Directorship(s).
