Tashana Wilson is an Associate in Firm’s the Litigation and Real Estate & Development practice groups.
Tashana has over eleven years of experience as a Commercial and Civil Litigation attorney, where she has a particular focus on industrial relations & employment law, personal injuries, wills, and probate. She also has acted on all types of real estate transactions including acquisitions and sales, developments, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, and real estate financing. She has vast experience in family matters particularly divorce and ancillary proceedings and in obtaining injunctions and enforcement of court orders.
Tashana holds a Bachelor of Arts and a LL.B (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies. She obtained her Certificate of Legal Education from Norman Manley Law School. She joined Higgs & Johnson in March 2023.
Tashana is called to the Bar in Jamaica and The Bahamas.
