Sandra specialises in Real Estate Development and Conveyancing, representing clients in the purchase, sale, transfer, financing and mortgage of properties in The Bahamas, reviewing and preparing declarations of condominiums, institutional financing and security, advising and obtaining regulatory government approvals. Her practice extends to include Probate & Estate Administration, Immigration and Trademarks.

Sandra’s previous experience includes years of general practice in real estate and development and immigration law. She also served as an International Business Development Manager in a major financial institution in The Bahamas and was responsible for the development, marketing and promotion of all types of lending including residential mortgages to non-Bahamian private individuals and corporations interested in purchasing property in The Bahamas.

Sandra graduated from Texas Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She received the Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours from the University of Buckingham, London, England and was called to the English Bar as a member of Lincolns Inn and to the Bahamas Bar in 1997.

Sandra is currently ranked as a ‘next generation partner’ in the area of real estate by Legal 500 Caribbean and described the Guide as a ‘development and conveyancing expert.’
