Miguel A. Darling is an Associate in the Litigation and Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring practice groups.

Miguel’s practice includes commercial disputes with a focus on commercial litigation, corporation litigation, contentious trusts and estates, and insolvency. He is also an ADR Group Accreditation Civil and Commercial Mediator. The ADR Group is widely acknowledged as one of the leading providers of professional mediator training and development in the UK.

In 2017, Miguel obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (First Class Hons.) from the University of Kent, Canterbury, England. In 2019, Miguel completed the Bar Professional Training Course at the University of West of England, Bristol, England. Subsequently, that same year, he was called to the Bar of England and Wales and The Bahamas Bar.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Miguel was an Associate at a leading Bahamian law firm where he gained a broad range of experience as a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Trusts and Private Client practice groups.

Outside of the legal sphere, Miguel is passionate about fitness and the culinary arts and enjoys playing chess.
