Practice groups
Glenn M. Curry is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Glenn has considerable experience in both commercial and civil litigation. High-net-worth clients, companies, and financial institutions have instructed him on various legal issues. Glenn has also been both lead and junior counsel in the Magistrates Court, the Industrial Tribunal, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. He also has extensive experience navigating, interacting, and liaising with governmental agencies, private lending institutions and fellow counsel on behalf of clients for litigation matters and commercial transactions.
Before joining the Firm, he assisted judges with the drafting and preparation of Supreme Court rulings and Judgments for complex commercial, banking, company, employment, personal injury, breach of contract, probate, trusts, and land disputes. This provided Glenn with specialized research and analysis skills, a unique lens, and a focused view of what civil and commercial judges require and look for when rendering decisions relating to the rights and obligations of litigants who come before the Courts.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from Eugene Dupuch Law School in Nassau, The Bahamas. He was called to the Bar of The Bahamas in 2016.
