Andre W. Hill is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Commercial Transactions Practice Group and Deputy Chair of the Government & Regulatory Affairs practice group. His practice centers on Finance, Banking and Commercial Law.

Andre graduated from Loughborough University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, with Upper Second Class Honours in Accounting and Financial Management in 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree with Upper Second Class Honours in 2014 from City University in London. He completed the Bar Professional Training Course at the same institution and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skills after earning a “Very Competent” grade in the Bar examinations. In 2016, Andre obtained a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in Kingston, Jamaica. He further earned a Master of Laws with Distinction in Professional Legal Skills from City University London in 2016.

Andre was called to the England & Wales Bar in 2015 as a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. In 2016, he was called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. A native of Antigua, Andre joined Higgs & Johnson in 2017 as a Registered Associate becoming a Senior Associate in 2023.
