The Maritime & Aviation practice group invited the former Director of Aviation, Algernon Cargill, to present to the team members at the end of 2021. Mr. Cargill provided a comprehensive overview of the Government’s plan for the development of nine airports within the Commonwealth of The Bahamas through public-private partnerships (PPPs).
