Please be advised that H&J Corporate Services Ltd. will charge a fixed administrative fee of B$250.00 per company in connection with the requisite CESRA filings, inclusive of preparing requisite board resolutions to approve 31 December as the financial year end of the relevant company.
Should you have any CESRA queries, they will be referred to a designated attorney of the law firm of Higgs & Johnson, who will contact you to discuss your queries and agree next steps and requisite fees.
