Higgs & Johnson Partner, Christel Sands-Feaste was invited by the President of the Bahamas Real Estate Association (“BREA”), Franon Wilson, to give a presentation to BREA’s members on the implications of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) to the real estate industry.
