Private client and wealth management associate, Kamala Richardson, was a contributor for the chapter along with former Higgs & Johnson consultant Heather Thompson. Kamala specialises in matters relating to trust and company law. Her practice includes the creation and review of trusts, wills, foundations and other wealth planning structures. In addition, she advises clients on all aspects relating to international and domestic commercial transactions and their regulatory requirements. She also advises on matters relative to company formation and corporate governance.
