The Firm, established in 1948 by the pre-eminent Bahamian attorney, Hon. Godfrey W. Higgs, and his long-time friend and former Registrar-General of The Bahamas, Mr. Mervyn Johnson, marked the formation of The Bahamas’ first non-family law partnership.
