Aviation attorney, Keith O. Major, Jr. authored the Bahamas chapter for the recently published Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Air Transport 2021. In this publication he addressed a variety of aviation issues and gave ‘first step’ advice with respect to The Bahamas covering the following topics: Regulatory bodies, safety regulation, provision of air transport services, acquisition of licences and other rights, regulation of airfares, aircraft registration, airports, liability and accidents, competition law and financial support and state aid.

Keith’s practice includes matters relating to aviation and he has also recently authored recently authored commentaries on aviation law topics including: drones, ‘hacking’ and air accident investigations in The Bahamas.
