Wendy Stenning is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Private Client & Wealth Management Group.

Wendy specializes in private client work with twenty years of experience advising trust companies and high net worth individuals on the establishment and ongoing administration of a variety of trusts including Reserved Powers Trusts, STAR Trusts, Discretionary Trusts, Fixed Interest Trusts, Asset Protection Trusts, Unit Trusts and Pension Trusts. She focuses her practice on the licensing of trust companies; the registration of private trust companies; the establishment of foundation companies and company law. Wendy also provides Will drafting for local and international clients and advises on Probate and Estate administration.

Wendy obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honors from the University of Sussex in 1997 and subsequently completed her Diploma in Legal Studies with commendation from Nottingham Law School in 1999. In 2014, she received her Certificate in Trust Disputes from STEP.
