Dominique W. Rolle is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Transactions, Financial Services and Tax practice groups.
Dominique has provided advice and opinions for global conglomerates, super-high net worth individuals, and leading international banks. He has gained experience related to the reinstatement of dissolved companies, insolvency matters, and shareholders’ agreements. He has assisted on major asset recovery cases and multi-million dollar land transactions as well as in preparing aviation leases and registration.
Prior to joining the firm, Dominique worked with a local Turks & Caicos law firm having a specific focus on commercial litigation, pre-action dispute resolution, employment disputes, corporate administration, company restoration, wills and estate planning, probate, and trusts.
Dominique obtained his LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Buckingham in 2010. He was called to the Bar of Upper Canada (now Ontario) and Turks and Caicos Islands in 2018. He joined Higgs & Johnson as an Associate in 2023.
