Allyson Speirs is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group where her practice centres on investment funds, insolvency and trusts disputes. She gained considerable experience on secondment at Serle Court Chambers in London where she assisted on one of the major civil fraud cases of the year involving several barristers from Serle Court.

Allyson received the 2017 Rising Star Award from the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association (“RISA”), which is the Cayman Islands chapter of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL).

Allyson graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in 2014. She completed the Professional Practice Course from the Truman Bodden Law School, Cayman Islands in 2015.

Allyson was called to the Bar of the Cayman Islands in 2017. She became an Associate of the firm in 2017 following the completion of Articles of Clerkship.
